Help connecting to HP envy. Wireless or usb

I cant connect using either wireless or USB as of a few days ago. I just keep getting a message saying the printer is unavailable. And the virtual assistant is a joke. Im using a Samsung note 10plus running Android 10. I was only using a USB connection until a month or so ago when I decided to sight up for instant ink. I got it to connect once or twice wirelessly but now I get nothing. What do I do ?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

 I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
