HP Recommended

HP Laptop 15-db0xxx with AMD A6-9225 processor, Radeon R4 graphics card, 4GB RAM. I want to replace my HDD with an SSD. But I can't find any information about the slot availability or upgradeability. I recently took my laptop apart to clean it and have photos of its internals. Please tell me what parts I should look for and whether it is possible to upgrade it, that is, suitable slots.

The service manual (on pages 2-3) indicates your model with an AMD A6 series processor doesn't support the dual storage (HDD + M.2 SSD). 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

You can replace the current HDD with a 2.5" SATA SSD which is much faster than the HDD.

 

Storage drives have been very expensive lately. This is one of excellent, least expensive models.
