Hi, I have an intermittent problem with the keyboard, Every so often it types random letters alll by itself. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard drive a few times, Searched for malware ans any virus with no results. Tried cleaning with compressed air but still it is happening. Please could you help or advise me.

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

I suggest you run a Keyboard Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
