Hi I currently have a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD but I want to add a 2TB SSD.
I was currently thinking about the Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 2 TB NVMe M.2 2280 SSD
I just want to make sure if it would be compatible with my system, if not what would be a similar option?

Your machine is an HP Omen 15-ce002nb, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05545219
You are saying it has " 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD" that s a bonus because it specs does not say anything about the M.2 SSD drive and manual does not say anything about dual storage option on page 1.
You can not add more drive. You have to REPLACE one of them. If you wish to use 2TB M.2 NVMe that means you have to replace 256GB.
Regards.

Okay, so I can replace either the 256GB SSD or the 1TB HDD?
As speed is priority I'd choose to replace the HDD then, is there anything I have to look out for while doing so?
