Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs089nia
Hi.
My 2 out of 3 Hp (15bs-089) laptop usb ports have power but my usb/hard drive is not showing in windows explorer i.e. no data connection.
The solutions i have tried which did not work for me include:(
1. Tried updating each USB port drivers.
2. Uninstalled all of them then restarted.
3. BIOS update
3. BIOS update
Kindly guide How can it be resolved.
