High pitch noise

HP Recommended
HP notebook 15dw0014na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I bought a HP notebook 15-dw0014na less than a year ago and now I notice a high pitched noise when its on and it doesn't sound right. When i put it in hybernating mode it also makes this noise and when its on sleep, this noise goes louder and quieter as the LED at the side turns on an off. I've contacted HP already and they took my laptop in and said they changed the fan. Ive got my laptop back but the noise is still there. Ive updated the BIOS and I'm not sure what else can be done. Has anyone else had this problem?
