Broken hinge and casing on HP x360m Convertible, Model 14m - cd0001 dx

HP Pavilion x360m convertible Laptop, Product ID 4BVT!UA#ABA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

This product bailey reached one year of purchase on June 18, 2020, It was never used for more than five hours a day three times a week 'cause I use my cell phone most of the time.

The left hinge is broken and the screen and the casing are falling apart. Where can I fix this and how much will it cost?

I am very much concerned and worried because I have two more of the same make and model I bought for my two daughters at same time and these may soon develop similar problem. My family had owned several HP laptop models in the past with good service records from the laptops. What has gone wrong now? Has HP jumped into a technology they are not yet ready for? I live at Ft Lauderdale Florida, USA. Where can I fix this and can this problem be successfully repaired and quickly so, not giving me one month or two appointment to repair it? I just learnt through this community postings that HP has inherent problem with HINGE and SCREEN panel engineering particularly with the 2 in 1 HP laptop products. I wish they will acknowledge this issue and fine ways to resolve it and so reduce their loyal customers' frustrations. Please I need help.
