My current HP laptop case is cracked - not from dropping it or anything like that, just from opening the laptop. I saw several posts in internet about this problem. There must be a design problem/material quality issue of something with these HP laptops. What is HP doing about this?Additionally, from day one it's had a problem with error starting up that I've never been able to resolve -- error related to find -- I tried to open the panel and saw it was totally broken I tried to stick with glue but no use. Back panel screw holders also broken. Poor quality plastic used by HP laptop. I want to replace those

You should have resorted to your HP support immediately if you had problems from day one. That's why your laptop had a warranty.
What sort of start up problem is it? Perhaps it can be fixed.

To replace the parts please read your laptop's Maintenance and Service guide. It lists all the spare part numbers including the panels; it also has detailed instructions in replacing all the parts.
