The left hinge on my 14 month old laptop came undone.  This caused the bezel to begin to detach from the LCD and makes it difficult to shut.  I've treated this laptop carefully and I'm certain this wasn't caused by anything other than normal use.  Very disappointed this laptop is less than 2 months out of warranty.

Are there any guides available for repairing this?  What parts do I need?  It looks like the hinge may be fine, but the fasteners pulled out of the hinge.  Not sure why screws weren't use instead of these press fasteners.

Here is a pic:

This is the tiny fastener that is apparently pressed into the back plastic panel behind the LCD.  I suspect it just popped out of the weak plastic through normal course of opening and closing the laptop.  Wondering if I need a new back case for the LCD and not new hinges.  These fasteners, which are pressed into a plastic hole on the back case of the LCD popped out.  I'm guessing if I press them back in, they will just pop out again.
