Hey!
I bought a new Hynix Hmt451S6Afr8A-Pb 4Gb Pc3-12800 DDR3-1600Mhz RAM for my HP Pavilion G6 2009tx.
Even though both, my laptop and Ram are capable of operating at 1600 MHZ, my CPU is using it just up to 1333 Mhz.
I obviously don't have access to BIOS advanced settings. BIOS update isn't possible either since HP has no update for Win 10 upgraded systems.
How should I overclock or do something else to use the RAM at 1600Mhz?
Yes, I have confirmed the above claims through task manager and CPU-Z.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The RAM will run at 1333MHz which is the FSB of the CPU. There is nothing you can do to change this.
look under memory specifications. So, you can insert 1600MHz RAM which will run at the slower speed.
Hope it helps,
David
