Product: Pavillion 15-au147cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to know if this battery is under recall for our other laptop that we have.   I have emailed you a week ago, and nobody has responded.  The battery is completely swollen and bulging.  Battery is now not charging at all.   

 

It would appear this is a known defect with HP.   Please let me know if this battery is under the recall for replacement.
