Spectre x360 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

beyond frustrated...i purchased my spectre x360 on 6/4 pd for expedited shipping, received 6/6 opened it turned on and received error msg 90B.  Customer service was closed so I had to wait until the next day then I had to go thru virtual agent then IT support who determined it was hardware issue with one of the fans, he sent me to sales customer support who had me send them a picture of the error message and has been giving me the run a round while they "investigate" the issue.  Meanwhile its now the 20th and I'm still here with a 1400.00 laptop sitting in a box and no promised emails, calls or anything from this company who gladly took my money but is useless when I need them to help me replace the lemon they sent me.  Anyone know what it takes to get someone to actually help you?

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
