I want to upgrade the ssd ram but when I went to remove the back cover can only see 2 screws and none under the rubber strips. Any help would be much appreciated. ( the back assembly seems different to the videos on Youtube etc.) Thank you

Hi:

There are several screws underneath one of the rubber foot strips.

See chapter 5 of the service manual.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

Only the SSD can be replaced.

The RAM (memory) is soldered to the motherboard.

There is also this service teardown video.
