Product: HP Stream Laptop PC - 14" HD, Intel Celeron N3060, 4 GB RAM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Stream 14" HD, Intel Celeron N3060, 4 GB RAM, laptop and i was wondering if I can upgrade my ram on it to make it faster, also how can I make my computer run better feels like I tried everything

you need to post the exact model number of your device. You can also go to support.hp.com and search for the maintenance and service guide for your product. That should give you an idea of what is supported in terms of maximum memory.
