As mentioned on page 1, it has ONE RAM slot and not up-gradable.

 As was stated above you have 1 RAM Slot, and it is in fact Upgradeable !! Your Processor will have a spec sheet available as to what amount of RAM can be addressed. In your case Stock RAM provided is 4 GB DDR3L, your MAX that can be supported is 8 GB. As most Stream 14 AX0XX have an Intel Celeron N3060 CPU.

 My 2017 HP Stream is fully Upgraded RAM, SSD, IPS Display, but please note none of what I have done is supported by HP and is not their issue should anything go wrong. Add by now your model would be well outside any warranty coverage !
