Hp omen 15-ce097nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

On hp omen 15-ce097nx, some keys not working (windows key, backspace, delete, omen, pg up, pg dn, end, insert, and (=) keys), I'm sure its hardware problem, but I'm not sure whether the problem from the connector on the motherboard or the keyboard itself , how to know?

Can I replace the keyboard only or it must be the keyboard and touchpad as on pictures?

Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic to confirm the Hardware Functionality

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
