Hello Sir,
I want to upgrade my laptop TN Display to IPS is this Possible? I have saw some videos on YouTube then I feel I will upgrade my display to IPS! Please answer me is this possible and how to upgrade !

No. It is not viable.
The header on the notebook's system board which connects the FHD display to the system board is specific to a display type. It is physically different in pin number and shape.
