Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to upgrade the touch LCD on the 17-by1066cl laptop to a 4k touch or the best possible video. Where do I find the right parts and instructions on how to do it? I have been certified to work on laptops already, to I have technical expertise.  I just need to know what parts I can buy and how/where to get parts.

Your Model came with a 1600 x 900 touchscreen. There is a FHD (1920 x 1080) panel option but its non-touch. No 4K display is available for it. In other words, you already have the best touchscreen it can use, as offered by HP. You could perhaps try installing a FHD touchscreen from another model laptop but odds are the cable and digitizer would not be compatible.
