As @banhien mentioned, more laptop details would be helpful.

 

With the information you provided, there are two possibilities:

 

1.) You cannot upgrade your 4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM RAM.  Your RAM happens to be soldered onto your motherboard.

 

2.) You can upgrade/switch out your 4 GB RAM stick with an 8 GB RAM stick, to be determined with additional information. If your RAM stick is swappable, it would be very helpful to know what part number it has.

 

[ Replacement RAM is probably this: 8GB DDR4 PC4-21300 (2666 MHz), 260-pin SODIMM, 1.2V, CL 19 laptop ram memory module, such as this one: Samsung M471A1K43CB1-CTD 8GB DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666MHZ, 260 PIN SODIMM, 1.2V, CL 19 laptop ram memory ... ]

 

You may have to open up your laptop and take a look. If your motherboard happens to look like this:

You're in luck.  It IS upgradeable.
