Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi i was wondering if my system is using the right Bios i am using a Hp Envy m6 with windows 8.1 64bit installed from disk the computer had windows vista on it before I installed the new OS my Bios version is F.35 is this the correct bios for my OS because the info i have come across says this bios is for Vista or am i incorrect i found a newer Bios version f.36 for Windows 8 but not 8.1 should i install it or no

If you are not having problems that might be addressed by the new F.36 there is no pressing reason to update. You can of course do the update if desired but your BIOS version should be fine.
