Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I bought the laptop from London , as Second-hand. I had a small problem with my laptop , but with your help I manage to solve it.

Now I have a bigger problem.

My HP Envy 15 laptop left hinge broke and the left corner is cracked and bulging. The laptop was not dropped or fell. When I open and close the laptop the hinge is shifting and then seperating lower case from the upper case. The screw from the lower case are falling off and I am not able to close and open the laptop properly. The warranty is expired on this laptop.

I manage to do something at home on the left corner to keep it in the position, to not move. But after few weeks and the right hinge broke.

Now when I try to open my laptop I keep hear cracks 🙈
