Hop Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I have an HP Omen 15 gaming laptop with an i7-7700HQ and and a GTX 1050ti GPU.
As you now this type of laptop have a common issue - it turns off when the static electricity comes from my hand. That problem appeared many times, but it was always without serious consequences. This time there was an exception. When I turned on my laptop after this issue happened, I have noticed that battery charges for approximately 5-6 sec and the LED next to the DC jack pin/charge port turns orange. Then, the orange light disappears and the icon of battery status on the system shows that the battery isn’t charging anymore and drains!   So,  after it had been fully drained, my laptop didn’t turn on even when the charger is plugged in. Seems, it is completely dead. But I have noticed, that when I plug
in a charger, that LED blinks orange once, then nothing happens. Pressing the power button causes that LED to blink white, and it'll blink white once every time i press the power button.

I thought it as an faulty AC, but I have tried another one and it don’t turn on anyways.
What is the problem? Did I kill my motherboard with a hand? (But logically, it works from battery, but it is drained, sooo how I supposed to charge it?)
