Hi..

My HP laptop can not charge orstart up  but it is just giving me blinking lights. 

 

I have an HP probook 650 g1 core i3 with 4gb ram  machine which was in good shape (clean & never hit the ground or any kind of damage). I am facing this problem for the first time of which i dont know any other solution apart from the ones i have tried found on the internet (removing battery and press power button for about 20-30 seconds) this did not work out because i think the problem i am facing is kind of different and difficulty. 

 

  • When i put in the battery and press the power button it does not do anything but remains quiet.
  • when i plug in the charger it is giving me blinking lights on the power button and charging light (orange light) plus the power on light (white light) at the same time and do not stop until i remove the AC adaptor (charger).
  • i try to remove the Ac adaptor and then press the power button it does not do anything or show any light.
  • when i remove the battery and plug in the Charger it is giving me the same lights ( on the power button and charging orange light as well as the power on light which is white in color). 

i have tried many tricks found on the internet but no solution to my problem. 

 

can please someone help me solve this problem i am faceing.
