Hp Scepter x360 convertible 14-ea200

 

I changed the fan on my own and after rubbing the thermal paste off with nail polish remover the computer ran smooth for 30 minutes then froze and when i went to reboot it, it turned on with the fans and power button light for a few seconds without posting and then turned off again. please help (Note Some Nail Polish Remover may have gotten on the motherboard).
