Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , can anyone tell me if my Hp envy 17 - 3010en(Pn : a3b06ea) can run with out the battery in?  it doesnt seem to be a standard removalble laptop battery.

 

The laptop was working fine, but wont power on anymore.  So either its the charger or the battery that I suspect.

Yes your laptop can run without a battery.

 

So that would mean it is a defective charger or system board.

 

If you know someone that has the same charger then try it???

thanks , will have to find someone withthe same charger to test. Im hoping its just a defective charger and not system board.
