Product: Envy Leap motion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hinge has been broken for a couple of years, but haven't been using the computer.   Now that we need it for homeschooling,  we need to absolutely replace and cannot find the parts or how to replace.  .  We also need to replace the W key as it literally fell off today.  This computer has been well taken care of, and I am rather choked at the cheapness this has been built considering its only been used for maybe 100 hours.
