HP Envy 2019
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Envy 13 (2019) in September of 2019. I have noticed an issue with the hardware in which the chassis of the case appear to open slightly when the screen is opened with a crack sound. I have treated the laptop very well. But now the laptop hinge is completely lose and it got broken. My laptop is still working though. However, the laptop has this issue for couple of months and I tried to fix this issue with hp help service before any serious damage occur. Unfortunately, the damage that I expected occurred and I am scared for any further issues to happen. Back to the help service, they did not help me at all and they literally left my case opened. My device is still under warranty and it will well end soon . I never expected Hp will have this treatment with there customers. My case was opened since 4 months and still no reply. I am so disappointed with this honestly.
