@Noe9, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that your HP Envy x360 isn't charging. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and the power outlet. Look for any damage to the adapter or its cable. If you notice any fraying or damage, the adapter might need to be replaced.

Inspect the Charging Port: Examine the charging port on your laptop for any debris, dust, or lint. Use compressed air to clean it out gently. Make sure there are no visible signs of damage to the port.

Try a Different Charger: If possible, use a different compatible charger to see if the issue is with the charger itself.

Check the Battery: Go to the Device Manager on your laptop and find the battery section. Right-click on the battery and select "Uninstall device." Then, restart your laptop, and the battery driver will be reinstalled.

Update or Roll Back Battery Drivers: In the Device Manager, you can also try updating or rolling back the battery drivers. Right-click on the battery, choose "Update driver," and follow the on-screen instructions.

Perform a Hard Reset: Shut down your laptop and disconnect all external devices. Disconnect the power adapter. If the battery is removable, take it out. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
