Hp omen 15 inch rtx 2070 i7 9th gen 6 core
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When gaming,

my laptop reaches temperatures of 98 degrees when playing battlefield

even with lighter games like:

world of warcraft

League of legends it reaches temperatures of 92-97 degrees on low settings

The room temperature is around 18 degree

is this covered by product warranty?

(product is a half year old)

Kind regards,

Rens

@Rensco Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the Hp omen 15'' rtx 2070 heats tp 98 degrees while gaming.

In that case, I would suggest please uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall the drivers.

Also, update the BIOS.

Please click the below link to download the drivers.
