Hp spectre battery 928372 855 bloated issue

HP Recommended
Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have rather new Spectre and the battery swelled up to the point the touch pad wasn't work and some of the keyboard wasn't working as well.  Removed the bottom shell and the battery is WAY swollen!!  For as expensive as this laptop was, I'm upset to how quickly this failed.  Contact me for SN information and replacement process, please.

I have the same problem. Laptop has split open, touchpad doesn't work, and battery is swollen. Support won't issue a free battery replacement, even if I fit it myself. Terrible customer support. Won't be buying HP products any more.
