Hi, I have hp spectre x360 and it's not powering on. When I connect it to it's charger the snall light next to it doesn't turn on either. I have tried to hard reset it but no use. I don't have hp official support centre where I currently live so what should I do? Is there a way to turn it on without opening it up?

Hello MaryumHQ, how are you ?
Let's try an electrical reset.
1 - Remove AC power from the equipment
2 - Press the on/off button for 1 minute
3 - Put the AC power back on and let it charge the laptop for 10 minutes
4 - Try calling.
If the above solutions do not work, you can take a technical representative of your choice. It could be something on the motherboard

Thank you. I just tried this twice and no reaction from laptop. I also believe it's a motherboard issue. Laptop stopped working when I was trying to connect it projector via USB port. I had my projector connected to a faulty extension I think. Projector is working fine but laptop isn't.
