i want to upgrade my laptop ram can i use crucial 8gb memory or suggest me something which is compatable

Hi,

The model number you gave is not complete it should be 15-bw0XXax (the X are numbers)

It depends on the CPU you have the amount of RAM you can use. You can use DDR4 2400MHz RAM which will run at 1866MHz.

Yes, Crucial will be good.
