The specs of your machine is

1. RAM: It has  4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). You may be able to use higher speed RAM but it will automatically downgrade to 2133MHz. You can upgrade to 16GB max to get much better speed using the following RAM (again, only run at 2133MHz)

2. STORAGE: There is no option to add, you can replace its slow 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA HDD with a faster 1TB SSD using

                   https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct500mx500ssd1/ct11976229

          or  larger   https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct2000mx500ssd1/ct11976246

Regards.
