The service manual mentions support M2 SATA3 SSD.

So you can use one from your desired brand and capacity.

Just to add to what Iomare replied to regarding the writing of M2X3 on the motherboard...

 

The marking of M2X3 is the size of the fastener that goes in the hole nearby the marking M2x3 (Metric 2 mm x 3 mm).
