HP ENVY - PURCHASED FROM TATA CHROMA & even I didn't complete 20 cycle of lid opening and closing and in just a week it's start noising. When I raise the concern @ service center they give me a alternate number to call n update. Post that my complaint/case was registered & now its 3 days nothing happen. I can't expect that a brand new laptop will down just within a week of use. No support from the HP.
