Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV)

I bought my lap top and the Seller said me that the computer had 12 gb RAM memory and others 32 GB that alredy was inside the Lap top. Where can I see those 32 gb extras in my computer. Because i find  inicial informations 12 gb only. Thank you for your help.

What is your HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV) machine ? Sounds like it has Optane. Please use the following document to check
