I bought a laptop 10 days ago. 

even connected to an adopter it is not getting charged. the battery is correct. 
please help

Apologies for the inconvenience. I certainly know the difference between a common message and a private one. 

I would not know whom to send a private message about my serious problem. 

I took my laptop to the vendor yesterday. After 3 hours of wait he sent me back home with no resolution. 

could you please help?
