I end up hitting my laptop's screen by mistake and I broke the back screen frame that holds the panel with the body with screws  I couldn't get any help from the lovely hp support I tried to tell my problem to the virtual assistant but it still didn't get it I hope it will help me anyway. I still didn't get the answer that do they repair it or not

Normally after warranty period, you can talk with your local repairers and the can work out for you. But you need to know what is your  HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx  first to allow them to get right part(s):

 Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
