I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a message to calibrate the battery on HP support assistant.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

What is the operating system you are using?

Is the computer working on battery mode? (after unplugging the charger)

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant and then download and install it from the below link and check if it helps.

Follow the steps in the below article to calibrate the battery.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hii thank you very much for the response, it´s me again but with another account because I forgot my password 😛

I already have the HP support assistant, I was following the steps it gaves me to calibrate my battery.

My product number is 1LQ06LA#ABM, the operating system is Windows 10, yes it works without charging but now when I checked it says that my total charge capacity it´s only 69% not 100% like should do, it´s a new battery and only has 4 cicles, I really don´t know what the problem is, If it´s a system problem or a battery problem.

I´ll really appreciate your help.

Have a nice day!
