By what I see my laptops's support page is https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06519128 but it doesn't seem to be working properly.  I'm looking for BIOS updates to be more specific. It's a hp 14 dk0355ng.

You can use the drivers and software from the base model HP 14-dk0000 Laptop PC's support page:

When I click to "Open All" nothing shows

Are you using Microsoft Edge? 

 

If not, I recommend that you do.
