By what I see my laptops's support page is https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06519128 but it doesn't seem to be working properly.  I'm looking for BIOS updates to be more specific. It's a hp 14 dk0355ng.

Might be but I suggest you use Edge.


If there is a specific driver or two that you need, I can post the direct links.

Are you using Microsoft Edge? 

 

If not, I recommend that you do.
