Product: OMEN 15-dc2xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot change the colors of my keybord. The laptop has 4 zone of colors and it was working with the gaming HUB before. Since they made the light studio I cannot change it. It says that my laptop is not compatible with the Light studio.

Can you actually open Omen Gaming Hub (OGH) ? You should see 2 options and you can change colors of keyboard using any option. On Lighting tab, you can use Mode (Static/Off) Or you can launch the second one which is Configure with Omen Lighting studio. From Omen Lighting Studio Beta, you have 2 options (I don't know why they repeat that)

 

The first one is similar to the classic one

The second one you can chance Effects (you have to select one to get the effects)

Opening OGH now is a pain, it takes a lot of time to load zillions of modules. I'm using v. 1101.2111.4.0

Thanks for you quick reply. Unfortunately I dont have that option you are showing me in the 1st picture. It only appears "System vitals", "Network booster" and " Performance Control".

I need to go to the light studio app to "try" to change the color but the problem is that does not let me do it.

I have the same version of the Gaming Hub v. 1101.2111.4.0

Sorry I don't know why, it should show 4 tabs. Which version of OGH you are running ?

 

What is your OMEN 15-dc2xxx ? (xxx can be from 000aa to 999zz). The specs of my machine CLEARLY says

 

           Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO
