@Lolo691, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

To delete or deactivate your HP account, follow these steps:

Delete/Deactivate via HP Customer Support

1. Log in to Your HP Account:

Enter your credentials to access your account.

2. Navigate to Privacy Settings:

Once logged in, go to the Account Settings or Privacy Preferences section.

Check if there's an option to delete or deactivate your account.

3. Contact HP Support:

If you can't find the option, you can request account deletion through HP Support.

Use the Contact Us option available on the HP website or call customer support directly.

4. Submit Your Request:

Mention you want to delete or deactivate your account.

Provide any necessary verification information they may request.

5. Confirmation:

You may receive a confirmation email or notification once the request is processed.

Notes:

Deleting your account will remove access to HP services linked to it (e.g., Instant Ink, HP Smart App).

If you have active subscriptions (e.g., Instant Ink), cancel those before account deletion to avoid future charges.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
