I have 15G-DR0006TX laptop, I am planning to replace HDD with SSD, Does my laptop support NVME SSD?

 

Also how to know what size ox NVME SSD it can handle?

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates your notebook can support a M.2 NVMe SSD.

 

HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

No one can tell you exactly how large a capacity NVMe SSD you can install in your notebook.

 

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 512 GB in the model series, but that is normally just what they offered, not the maximum capacity supported.

 

Theoretically, the sky's the limit as long as the drive is single-sided.

 

The Crucial memory report indicates that they sell NVMe SSDs up to 4 TB.
