It currently has 8GB ram. Can I upgrade it to 16 or 32 GB?

Hi:

 

Yes, your notebook can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.

 

HP only has the service manual for the older 15-ex0xxx model series, but even in that series 32 GB of memory is supported.
