Product: Pavlion DV7-6166
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Povlion DV7-6166 The webcaam has never worked i this computer I just up dated to windows 10. The computer doesnot see the webcam I am looking for a driver or some help getting the webcam to work I have also down loaded youcam. When I go into the divice manger The webcam is not there. The webcam is a truevision webcam.

So from when you bought it - the webcam never worked? If that was the case then you should've returned it or gotten a replacement when you found this out? Now if it the warranty is over then you will have to pay to fix it or find the part and replace the webcam yourself or have Computer shop do it.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.

I bought the computer used with window 7 I was hoping when I updated to 10 it would load the webcam driver it didn't that is why I'm looking for the truevision driver for it I hope you can help
