Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 1 has the list of supported AMD processors.

 

Looks like the best processor you can install would be the AMD A8-3520M 2.50-GHz processor.

 

Upgrading the processor to the A8-3520M will upgrade the onboard graphics to the AMD Radeon™ HD 6620G onboard graphics.

You can't add a GPU because that is an integral part of the motherboard.

 

The memory specs for the onboard memory are not available.

 

It would probably be the same as what the shared system memory you currently have is now.
