Yours is E2 AMD processor, UMA graphics, non touch model. Have one 4gb stick already in it.

The 2 memory module slots are non customer accessible/upgradeable. Upto 16gb two 8gb memory modules of exact same configuration and that given in the Manual, is possible.

Thanks, I have one more question, you said they are non-accessable/upgradeable, so I cannot open it up and upgrade my laptop,if that's true how do I upgrade it

You should get help from authorised or a good technician to do the upgrade. It simply means major disassembly like this may break something if you're not technically sound.
