My current RAM is 2400MHz 16GB. I used command prompt and typed 'wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx'.
It states:
"MaxCapacityEx
33554432"
What is the amount here in GBs? And what speed should I get?

That number equates to 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) of memory.
You can install DDR4-2400 CL17, DDR4-2666 CL19 or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory which will all run at a max speed of 2400 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
