Pavillion 15 -au 123cl

My laptop is a "refurbished" one, as I mentioned: HP Pavillion -au123cl. I bought it in 2018 ("I think"). Today I realized I should not continue without a new battery. Performance is really bad and I know if I don't replace it I will risk my work, besides I have observed the same as other customer's complaints with their batteries. Again does my refurbished laptop battery qualifies for a replacement? (if so what I should do next )If not I need to find a new one asap.

And, also I did go through your HP Pavilion - 15-cc123cl product details and found no recall program for this model.
